Singer Kris Lawrence surprised his former partner Katrina Halili and their daughter Katie with a newly renovated home before returning to the United States, as revealed in the Kapuso actress's latest YouTube vlog.

Before returning to the United States, singer Kris Lawrence gave his former partner Katrina Halili and their daughter Katie a heartfelt surprise by renovating their home.

In her latest YouTube vlog, Katrina gave viewers a tour of the newly revamped house, revealing its refreshed interiors and upgraded living spaces.

One of the highlights of the renovation was Katie's newly improved bedroom which was redesigned to provide her with a more comfortable and functional space. The vlog also documented their shopping trip for brand-new appliances and furniture, showing the former couple picking out pieces to complete the home's fresh new look.

Katrina expressed her appreciation to Kris for the thoughtful gesture, while viewers also got a glimpse of her and Katie's excitement as they settled into their upgraded home.

The renovation served as a meaningful send-off from Kris before he flew back to the United States, leaving Katrina and Katie with a more comfortable place to call home.

In a previous vlog, Katrina revealed that Kris is courting her. The pair officially became a couple from 2009 to 2014. They welcomed their daughter in 2012.

Last June 25, Katrina accepted the Male R&B Artist of the Year trophy on behalf of Kris during the awards ceremony of the PMPC Star Awards for Music 2026 held at the Teatrino Promenade in Greenhills, San Juan.

Katrina currently stars in the GMA family sports drama series, Kamao.
