On her Instagram post last Saturday, August 8, she clarified some assumptions about her postpartum body.

Kryz, who gave birth to Scott Knoa on June 2, stressed that she might look slim in her photos, but she is 10 pounds heavier still.

She explained, “A lot of you always message me saying you're jealous of my postpartum body, or comment asking if i even gave birth. here's my reply- honest and simple. my body has chaaaanged!

“I'm currently 10 lbs heavier, and a lot softer (more huggable i like to say). Of course, this doesn't always show in photos- because photos only show so much.”

Although she is seen working out constantly now, Kryz clarifies that spending time with Scottie remains her top priority.

“And while I'm slowly (really slowly) working on getting my body back (obviously i wanna look fit again), it's not a priority and it definitely won't take over time and effort I'd rather spend with Scottie. (also, for some reason, donuts and cookies are extra yummy when breastfeeding lol- I make room for happiness!)”

Before ending her post, Kryz Uy emphasized that all moms should appreciate their body more, especially those having body issues after giving birth to their bundle of joy.

“So to all you mamas struggling with body issues- this one is for you. Take your time. Appreciate your body and all it's done for you and your baby. Suck it in, but also, let it out!”
