On March 16, Kuya Kim's response to a netizen moved many hearts. The netizen was looking for help online when Kuya Kim found her post.

She wrote, "Anyone na psychiatrist po? need ko po consultation now kahit online. please." And Kuya Kim responded with, "I DM'd you. Tight hug."

The netizen shared what was on her mind when she posted on Threads. According to her, she didn't expect the post to reach Kuya Kim.

"I was about to end my life tonight. Just in time, my phone beeped. And it was
