
Kylie Padilla opened up about her post-separation struggles that came after she decided to part ways with her ex-husband Aljur Abrenica.
Kylie and Aljur got together in 2011, a union that led to their wedding 2018. They decided to go their separate ways in 2021.
The Kapuso star shared on Instagram the effects of her separation.

She said, “Ever since my separation with my ex I have been so afraid of life. Afraid of relaxing and letting go of my grip on control. I didn't know how much single parenthood scared me."
Kylie shared how she felt as a mom to two young boys. Kylie and Aljur have two sons named Alas Joaquin and Axl Romeo.

"While you are falling apart is so much pressure pala.”
For 2024, Kylie said that she believes she "can afford to calm down."
“2024 is here and I think I can afford to calm down.”
“Since abundance is my mantra this year, maybe the lesson is the more you let go then the more you can accept into your life. More help, more calmness and more smiles rather than overthinking.”
Kylie concluded her message by acknowledging that she is doing fine and expressing gratitude for everything.
“I am loved, I am ok and I am supported. Hay. Amen for everything.”
