Kapuso talent Kylie Padilla expressed words of comfort through a video uploaded on Instagram for her stepmom Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla, wife of her father, action star Robin Padilla.

The video message read, “To my beautiful and brave Tita Mariel and Papa, it may seem dark at the moment, but God’s grace will shine on. Each new life, no matter how brief, forever changes the world.”

For the past days, Mariel’s photos posted on Instagram hinted the loss of her unborn child whom she fondly referred to as ‘cutie pie.’

Though grieving, Mariel is still thankful for loved ones extending her solace and support.

She shared, "Today I felt so much love from my family and concerned friends. I am grateful because I am not alone during this turbulent phase in my life."
