Malaki ang pasasalamat ni Kylie Padilla sa kanyang stepmom na si Mariel Rodriguez. Si Mariel ang nag-organize ng baby shower ng aktres na ginanap kamakailan lang.
Aniya, "Thank you to this amazing woman who made all of this happen. I really don't know how to thank you enough for making magic happen for my baby's baby shower from theme, to the guests, to the registry at mother care and even the setting up of the place. I can't even fathom how much work you put into this night and even while taking care and being such a dedicated mother to baby Maria."
Ginanap ang baby shower ni Kylie noong May 18 sa Aruga located in Rockwell, Makati. Dinaluhan ito ng mga GMA executives at mga Kapuso stars, most notably ang kanyang former Encantadia co-stars na sina Glaiza de Castro, Gabbi Garcia, Diana Zubiri, at Rocco Nacino.
