Kyline Alcantara celebrates her second year as Kapuso


Kyline Alcantara celebrates second anniversary in the Kapuso network.

Actress-singer Kyline Alcantara marked her second anniversary as a Kapuso yesterday, October 27 as she proudly showed off her award haul on Instagram.

The former Kapamilya child star transferred to GMA-7 in 2017 and got her big break in the high-rating primetime series Kambal Karibal.

In her post, Kyline thanked her home network for giving her all the opportunities. She described her past two years in the Kapuso as 'fruitful.'

She wrote, “Today I am celebrating my second year as a Kapuso, and I cannot thank them enough for the two fruitful years with my Kapuso family.

“All the things that I have now will not be possible without the trust, support and overflowing love of my Kapuso family Cheers to more years together! Mahal ko kayo! #ProudToBeKapuso”

Kyline was last seen in the defunct afternoon series Inagaw na Bituin. She was also the host of StarStruck's online show titled Inside StarStruck.

The 17-year-old star is regularly seen in weekend variety shows Sunday PinaSaya and Studio 7.

Kyline also recently released a new music single titled “Paalam Na,” which is now available on iTunes and Spotify.


Meanwhile, last week, Kyline, together with Gabbi Garcia, was named by the Eton International School as Pillars of Hope for championing their respective advocacies.
