Task Force: Firewall actress Kyline Alcantara is still focused on her “self-improving” journey and is not thinking about dating anyone just yet.

The Sparkle actress was previously linked to Kobe Paras, who confirmed in November 2024 that he was dating Kyline.

In her sit-down interview with Nelson Canlas for 24 Oras, Kyline explained her decision to stay single for now.

“I'm self-improving pa,” she said.

Nelson then asked, “Ah so nandoon ka pa single?”

“Oo, doon muna po tayo,” Kyline replied. She also smiled when the topic of meeting someone new came up.

“Huwag muna, Lord. Please, Lord. And then when I love, I really love a person.

“Cause I feel like I have too much love to give, so I just keep on giving, giving, and giving. So, ako na muna.”

Kyline also reiterated that she is in no rush to enter a relationship. She told Chika Minute: “Sa akin muna lahat. I'm still young. Actually, it's a paradox whenever I say I'm still young kasi. I'm still young, so I should be able to experience a lot of things. I'm allowed to fail still.

“I'm allowing myself to make more mistakes, but at the same time, I'm still young, so I shouldn't hurry.”

When asked by Nelson, “But do you see yourself being involved again with a public personality?”

Kyline first laughed before answering, “With a public personality? Uhm, hindi ko po alam.”

“Honestly, hindi ko po alam. Depende kung sino po ang ibibigay ng Panginoong Diyos.

“Maybe that's the reason why I'm self-improving. Perhaps, yeah. Cause parang masyado na pong out there. I mean, I know that we're public figures, but we are not public property. Kung may mangyayari man in the near future sa aking love life, siguro pang sa akin po muna 'yun. Hindi ko na siya ipa-publicize that much.”
