In her farewell message to her 'Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit' character, Kyline writes, "It's been nice to portray and know you, Maggie." Read her entire message HERE:
Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara penned a heartfelt message as she bid goodbye to her character in Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit, Maggie Dela Cruz.
In a post on Instagram, Kyline described Maggie as someone who "represented our generation."
She wrote, "Oh, Maggie! What a dream role you are. You are another check from my list.
"You represented our generation. Bakit? Dahil ang kwento mo ay kwento ng bawat anak at apo na umasa at nagdasal na mabuo ang pamilya kahit pa minsan ay nawawalan ng pag-asa.
"Natutunan ko sa'yo na minsan ay daig ng pagmamahal para sa pamilya ang ating sariling interes."
In Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit, Maggie's parents, Nolie Dela Cruz and Ansel Santos, portrayed by Mylene Dizon and Zoren Legaspi respectively, were mortal enemies before they forgive each other and become engaged.
Kyline then thanked the whole cast and crew of the show for taking care of her during their lock-in taping.
"To my BBL Family, you are the highlight of my 2020, you are the silver lining of that year. 'Yung memories ng taping pre-pandemic hanggang locked-in taping ay 'di ko makakalimutan.
"Hindi madali but we made it because we are family. I miss you all already."
Lastly, Kyline thanked her fans, whom she fondly called her sunflowers, for their utmost support.
"To our Kapuso and my sunflowers, maraming, maraming salamat sa isang taon ninyong pagsubaybay at walang sawa na pagsuporta.
"Sobra kong na-appreciate ang mga tweets ninyo at everyday pa-trending ninyo. Super nakakataba ng puso.
"Kayo ang mga bituin ko sa langit. THANK. YOU! The best kayo talaga."
Kyline ended her message, "It's been nice to portray and know you, Maggie."
"Maggie Dela Cruz Santos now signing off."
