The 2005 Miss International titlist announced via their YouTube channel "The Alcaraz Family" on April 30 that she and Marco are expecting their third baby.

Lara and Marco tied the knot first in a civil wedding in 2010 and their garden wedding happened two years later. They are now blessed with two kids Noah and Tobias.
