Kapuso actress Lauren King admitted that portraying a kontrabida in her first series Prinsesa Ng City Jail was not easy.
As the show ended, Lauren looked back on her journey portraying Liberty Cristobal in a lengthy post on Instagram.
She wrote, "After over a year of filming this show, I can't believe that it has ended today. The moment I read the audition script, I immediately fell in love with my character -- Liberty Cristobal."
"People hated Libby at first but I'm glad they saw the beauty of my character as the show ended. When we began taping PNCJ, hindi naging madali ang pag portray ko sa character ko (since this is my first ever teleserye).
"However, I was lucky enough to be surrounded by amazing people who were patient and generous in offering me advice I'll always cherish -- amazing individuals na naging pamilya ko na."
