Get to know the Kapuso actress more as she shares a "side of her that is not seen on screen."

Lauren Young just brought her experiences, activities, and learnings into a bigger platform as she launched her own website. Through the site, Lauren let her followers know about a side of her that is not seen on screen.

Lauren wrote in her description box, “You might know me from your tv screen so now it's time to get to know me through your laptop/mobile screens! This is my platform to share my everyday experiences and learnings about my life. Here you'll be able to read about my daily activities, new restaurants, homemade recipes, my life with Melo, and everything about my life in front of and behind the camera.”

Hours before the website went live the actress, the host and producer took to Instagram how much her new brainchild made her feel nervous.

When the website was already up and running, Lauren received nothing but love and appreciation from her friends and followers after they read her first entry, “A very PAWsitive birthday.”

Readers admired Lauren’s kindness and brilliance after she expressed her hopes of being remembered as someone more than the girl you see on TV.

“Personally speaking, I knew that being an actress could only give me the satisfaction as long as I stayed in the business and I wanted to do something more with my life and career other than showbiz, I then started to think long and hard about this. ‘Maybe its not about being temporarily relevant but its about the legacy that I wanted to leave behind’,” she wrote.

Her first entry also included a video of her visit to PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center last year.
