Contessa actress Lauren young shared her bad experience in the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
On Twitter, Lauren shared her sentiments regarding her visit to the DFA to process documents.
She wrote, “Processing for documents in the Philippines makes me wanna pull my hair out, scream and have my eyes roll back. Basically an exorcism.
“Guy in window 1 told me I have to get a document but should verify with window 2 if it's necessary or if there's something they can do for me. Waited in line for 3 hours to get to window 2 only to be told the exact same thing. Salamat! #DFAHorrorStories
“2 windows accommodating 100 people in cue. I felt so bad for the people waiting and for the people working there. Right now the question isn't “what can WE do?” But more of “what should THEY do? Or.. “Can I have my taxes back? Lololol jk” #DFAHorrorStories.”
Netizens gave mixed reactions, with some showing sympathy for the actress while others defending the government office's system.
