Actor-singer Lee Seung-gi proves he's no “ordinary man” as his pre-release track dominates music charts.
Vagabond actor Lee Seung-gi just released his pre-release track, “The Ordinary Man,” and it's making its way to the charts!
On Sunday, November 15, the K-drama actor made his much-awaited comeback in the music scene with the single “The Ordinary Man” from his upcoming seventh album that's coming this December -- roughly five years since his last album titled “And…”
“The Ordinary Man” is a ballad that talks about peacefully accepting one's breakup. It was a song made between Lee Seung-gi and composer Yoon Jong-shin.
In a statement released by his agency, Hook Entertainment, the actor-singer said he is yearning with excitement to release his new music to fans.
“Lee Seung-gi's return as a singer in five years is a song full of his yearning and excitement for music. We thank his fans for their continuous support for Lee Seung-gi.
“We will give our best efforts so that you can see him more as a singer soon.”

Following its release, it was reported that “The Ordinary Man” took the No.1 spot in various music charts -- including Bugs, Genie, and Melon Top 100.
Lee Seung-gi's upcoming full-length album will be released this December.
