The popular global girl group KATSEYE, which includes Sofia Laforteza, performed at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival last Friday, April 10, 2026.
The group performed as a quintet due to the absence of member Manon Bannerman, who is currently on hiatus from the group.
Despite being incomplete, the girl group still delivered an exceptional performance for their fans, showcasing their hits such as "Touch," "Gameboy," "Gnarly," and "Internet Girl."
They also surprised the audience with a crossover featuring KPop Demon Hunters, where they performed the hit song "Golden."
One of the highlights of their set was their latest song titled "Pinky Up," which served as their opening number during the music festival performance.
On the other hand, Filipino content creator Leon Barretto showed his support for his friend Sofia, who performed on the Sahara Stage at this year's music festival.
Leon shared several photos on his Instagram from his time at the event, including pictures of him and Sofia after her group's performance.
In one candid shot, Leon's support for Sofia is truly felt and seen as he gives the KATSEYE member a sweet hug while she is still in her performance outfit.

Their close bond has been evident through several public appearances, most notably a Hong Kong vacation involving both the Barretto and Laforteza families.
