Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista shares her work bag must-haves in her latest vlog. Find out more:

As someone who is always on the go, Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista makes sure to dump all her essentials, ranging from hygiene and makeup products to accessories, in her work bag all at once.

Heart, who juggles work as an actress, artist, and entrepreneur, carries her favorite Hermes Birkin bag for her everyday errands.

She shared in a vlog, "I guess, you guys, know by now that I do love Birkins.

"I love the shape especially when it's really a busy day."

Here, we've rounded up some of the lesser-known must-have items we found in her work bag, based on her recent vlog.

• Scarf

For Heart, the scarf is more than just an accessory for her OOTD. It works in different ways such as shield whenever she gets cold and covers for her bag. It's simply easy to use and, indeed, fashionable.

She said, "I love bringing this scarf with me because I get cold a lot and also because, you know, if you wanna do quick change or dress up your outfit, this is perfect."

"And I also like to cover my bag 'cause most of the time I'm tamad [to close it] so I will just put a scarf on top, then your stuff won't be exposed."

• Accessories pouch

Also included in the list of her work bag must-haves is an accessories pouch where she can securely store and sort small items.

However, the StarStruck judge noted, "I don't suggest you bring a lot of your jewelry especially the real ones when you're going around a lot."

• Disposable toothbrush

Oral hygiene is important so disposable toothbrushes, usually pre-pasted with toothpaste, are a staple in her work bag.

• Alcohol pads

For her emergency cleansing needs, alcohol pads are Heart's go-to essential.

She shared, "I think it's just important so when you need to wash your hands or clean your earrings, it's just always handy."

• Essential oil

To keep her stress levels at bay, Heart swears by essential oils to effectively lessen her anxiety and migraine.

• Hand cream

The most obvious benefit of using a hand cream is its moisturizing properties. The formula in the cream restores the lost moisture in the hands and also forms a protective layer.

• Adhesive bandages

Adhesive bandages are Heart's substitute for her go-to topical anesthesia cream, Emla, whenever it's not available to survive wearing heels all day. As she said, they "will save your toes from turning it into a zombie."

• Feminine mist

Despite Heart's busy schedule, she still makes her hygiene a top priority.

Feminine mist is a must in her work bag because "it [gives] an instant refreshing moment [after a] really hectic day."

• Eco bag
