Michelle was crowned Miss World Philippines 2019 last September 15. She'll be representing the country in the ExCel Arena come December 14th.

Michelle is the daughter of Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez and the cousin of Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 Winwyn Marquez. She is hoping to be the second Filipina to bring home the Miss World Crown after Megan Young.
