In a recent episode of Pinas Sarap, host Kara David learned upgraded squid dishes from food vlogger Connie “Connh” Cruz of Malabon.
Two of the recipes they cooked up are the Malabon-style Relyenong Pusit and the Stir Fry Squid.
The Relyenong Pusit that Kara and Connh cooked is a bit different from the usual grilled or deep-fried dish because it is stuffed with ground pork or giniling and cooked in its own sauce or juice.
If you want to try this yummy local dish from Malabon, check out the list of ingredients and procedure.
