Liez Sicangco got mixed reactions to daughter Kylie Padilla's interview with dad Robin.

In the promotional post of the actress for her vlog, her mother could not help but inject a short but sweet comment.

"OMGee! Natawa ako at naiyak. Good job!" She said.

This was met by a sweet reply from Kylie: "I love you mother dear!"

The actress captured hearts when she released her heartfelt vlog with her father titled "Conversation I never had with my Papa."

In the vlog, the father and daughter touched on various topics dating back to Kylie's childhood, Robin's way of raising his kids to his daughter's most controversial affairs of the heart.

The 28-year-old actress only had deep gratitude for her father for raising them strong and ready for life.

Kylie proudly recalled Robin's "unconventional" way of teaching them practical lessons in life. Unlike most sheltered kids, she and her siblings were taught martial arts and other forms of combat sports to prepare them for life ahead.

Robin also gave Kylie pieces of advice on how to raise her own kids.

At the end of her vlog, the actress gave her dad a chance to ask her one question.

Robin asked a short but meaty question, "Okay na kayo?" To which Kylie quickly responded with an "okay na kami" referring to her estranged husband Aljur Abrenica.

Robin then followed up with a "Masakit pa?"

It is here where things got emotional for Kylie.

With tearful eyes and cracking voice, Kylie revealed the reason why somehow it still hurts, "Never ko nang ma-e-enjoy 'yung pinapanood ko silang naglalaro."

The mother of two said she has come to terms with the fact that the relationship with Aljur will never work anymore. As a mother, however, she wants her kids and their father to maintain their close bond despite the breakup of their family.
