Multi-talented singer-songwriter Lim Kim has inked exclusive ties with emerging South Korean entertainment company New Entry on Thursday, December 9.

"It is an honor to be with Lim Kim, who is greatly loved by the public for her irreplaceable voice. We have planned to support her activities in various fields, from music to entertainment to acting," the agency said.

The "FALLING" songstress revealed that they are working hand-in-hand to reinvent her image and music to the public. On top of her plans to dive into other spheres of entertainment, she has also kicked off the preparation for her next album.

After her top-three finish at Mnet's Superstar K3 audition program, Lim Kim made her debut in 2011 as part of the well-loved, folk-pop duo Togeworl.

In 2013, the tandem announced their indefinite hiatus and Lim Kim started pursuing her career as a solo musician years after.

Since then, she has released an impressive lineup in her discography, including standout tracks "MONG" and "Yellow."
