Who knew fashion stylist Liz Uy also had a green thumb?

She successfully grew different kinds of produce from her own vegetable garden.

"We had these planted at the end of February because one of our 2020 goals was to diligently take care of plants and eat healthier. Grateful for little accomplishments and turning moments like this into a memorable one," she shared on her Instagram account.

She is also glad that she involved her son Xavi in growing the garden to teach him a life lesson.

"Also wanted Xavi to have a summer activity where he will have daily accountability, and to instill in him a very important lesson: as you sow, so shall you reap," she said.

Liz shared a few photos of her and Xavi in matching outfits tending to the garden. She also shared some of the vegetables and herbs they successfully grew.

Aside from Liz, actress Mylene Dizon also has a vegetable patch in her home where she grows carrots, radish, and fennel.
