Liza Soberano continues to be a part of the international entertainment scene as she attends one of the most important events for the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community.
In one of the more recent posts on her Instagram account, Liza posted multiple photos and videos from this year's Gold Gala, an event that honors AAPI personalities that have made changes in American culture in the past year. Some of the people in the post are producers Brandon and Kristin Saito, news anchor David Ono, Fil-Am artist Alyssa Rafael, Fil-Am comedian JR De Guzman, Super Junior member Choi Siwon, entrepreneur Rembrandt Flores, Icelandic singer-songwriter Laufey, and Fil-Am musician H.E.R.
In the caption to the post, Liza wrote that the Gold Gala reminds her why community matters and that she was honored to be among the “bold, brilliant, and beautiful.”
Of course, Liza's attendance in the Gold Gala is just the latest move she has made in the pursuit of an international career. Last year, Liza revealed that she was the love interest in Thai star Bright's new music video.
In a post on her Instagram account, Liza shared multiple behind the scenes photos of her at the shoot of Bright Vachirawit's music video for the song “Long Showers”. In the caption to the post, Liza wrote that she had “so much fun” working with the Thai star.
