"Before the premiere night happened, before the movie release, I wasn't expecting much. It was so long since we last filmed Lisa Frankenstein I forgot how much exposure I had in the film. I just kinda forgot a lot of the things about the actual film itself."
"Being able to watch it with all these different industry veterans at the premiere night was my first realization that, 'Oh my gosh, I actually have a lot of exposure in the film.' And people were liking it. They were reacting to it in real time and I felt that they were excited about my character.
"When the releases [articles, reviews] started coming out, I was kind of in shock. I didn't think I'd get that much attention. Honestly I'm so grateful. I'm just so appreciative of the love and support that I've been getting. I'm overwhelmed by it, but so excited and inspired to continue working."
"I would say, yes. I didn't cry, but there were definitely moments where I was in disbelief, and I was just like, I can't believe this is real life. I was once just dreaming about this, being able to shoot a film in Hollywood and now people are actually supporting and appreciating my portrayal of my character. That's a big deal.
"And I guess I didn't realize how big of a deal articles and stuff like that in America are. Here, it's like, based on the box-office and gross [ticket sales] and everything. But when I started seeing the amazing reviews and stuff like that, it still doesn't feel real to me, I don't know how to explain it!"
"It was a dream come true working with Ms. Dolly. She's such a generous actress. She has incredible talent. Aside from that, she's just so fun to talk to," sambit ni Liza.
"A pleasant surprise for me was, she's still young at heart. Despite you know, having gone through so much in life and in her career, she still has such a youthful aura to her."
"A moment that I will never forget is, the conversations we've had in between takes, while we were filming the video game sequences, if you've seen the short film. We were talking a lot, you know, about the industry in general, our hopes and dreams for the industry moving forward and for other actors.
"I can't really disclose the exact details of what we talked about, but she really inspired me to fight more for a progressive future for the industry."
