Congratulations, LJ!

Kapuso performer LJ Reyes bagged the Best Actress title for her role in Anino sa Likod ng Buwan in the 2015 Gawad Urian Awards held last night, June 22 at the Kia Theater.

She won against Nora Aunor for Taklub, Anika Dolonius for Apocalypse, Angeli Bayani for Iisa, Alessandra de Rossi for Bambanti, Ces Quesada for Imbisibol, Jennylyn Mercado for Walang Forever and Mercedes Cabral for Da Dog Show.

In the psychodrama set in the Marag Valley during the 1990s, LJ played a married refugee who is involved with a military soldier. It was directed by Jun Lana and also stars Luis Alandy and Anthony Falcon.
