Entertainment columnist and talent manager Lolit Solis say she's still fighting strong despite undergoing dialysis twice a week. However, she revealed some development in her condition.
In an Instagram post earlier today, September 13, Lolit revealed that she might need to undergo dialysis three times a week from her usual two if her status does not improve. She admitted, however, that she has already accepted her fate and that her work is not affected by it.
“I can still write, negotiate, make deals. Sabi ko nga nasa fighting form pa ako at hindi puwede basta i-bypassed ng kahit sino,” she said.
“I can still give a good fight,” she added.
Lolit also said that as long as she stays relevant in the people's lives and that she's not ignored, she'll continue the fight.
“Kung minsan nga challenge sa akin na mag maldita para lang tignan kung meron pang pumapansin sa akin,” she added.
Lolit also expressed her gratitude to her followers, who give her motivation to continue writing columns and Instagram posts while waiting for her turn for dialysis.
“Kahit minsan tinatamad ako dahil wala energy. Dahil sa mga followers natin na parang energy drinks na natin kaya lumalakas uli ang ating katawan,” she said, adding that she enjoys writing her columns and for Instagram.
“IG is life, and life for me is IG. Thank you sa mga followers ko that really inspire me to write and post every day,” she said, adding that her followers always made her day.
Last August, the entertainment columnist announced in an Instagram post that she had to undergo dialysis and that she would have to do it for life.
Lolit also expressed how irritated she was to undergo dialysis, but has since used Instagram to have fun and enjoy.
