Aicelle Santos recorded the theme song of the hit GMA Afternoon Prime soap The Stepdaughters before leaving for London to play Gigi Van Tranh in the UK Tour of Claude-Michel Schonberg and Alain Boublil musical Miss Saigon.
“Hi, mga Kapuso! Ito po si Aicelle Santos at kakatapos ko lang mag-record ng theme song ng The Stepdaughters. Sana po [ay] magustuhan niyo, and please keep on watching The Stepdaughters,” she said after recording “Bahagi Ka ng Langit.”
The Stepdaughters theme song entitled “Bahagi Ka ng Langit” was originally performed by Kapuso singer Maricris Garcia.
