Althea Ablan and Sofia Pablo: "Self love is real love."
Kapuso teen actresses Althea Ablan and Sofia Pablo highlighted the importance of self love in their respective Instagram accounts.
For Althea, the concept of self-love is accepting ourselves, including our flaws.
She wrote, "True confidence is accepting your flaws, accepting yourself."
"We spend too much time comparing ourselves to others, hoping to be something we are not.
"Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, when you start on focusing and accepting yours, that's when you'll truly succeed."
Meanwhile, Sofia emphasized the importance of accepting your raw beauty.
The 14-year-old actress wrote, "I'm not really a selfie type of gal but I do take selfies right after I wake up.
"The reason behind that is that I want to see my REAL RAW face. No hair brushes used or lip balms applied every morning.
"I love myself being glammed up but I love myself even more when I show RAW and SIMPLE beauty.
"Self-love is real love."
This 2021, Althea and Sofia will reprise their roles as Donna Belle and Donna Lyn, respectively, in the second season of GMA's hit-afternoon prime drama Prima Donnas.
