What Bianca Umali showed to the children and women of conflict-stricken Marawi will make you believe that there's still hope among the youth.

After her debut celebration last Saturday (March 17), Bianca Umali flew all the way to Marawi to visit the children and women affected by the war. The Kapuso star went there as a World Vision Youth Ambassador for Education and spent the day teaching children and hearing stories from the women of Marawi.

In an Instagram post, Bianca shared her realizations with her experience in the Islamic City.

"I visited Marawi to see how the children and women were. I am now the happiest knowing that they are all in the process of rebuilding their lives. Seeing the smiles on each of their faces despite the trauma melted my heart," wrote Bianca.
