Burberry is celebrating the Year of the Metal Ox with a collection that consists of new, original work and an updated version of one of their classic designs. Check out Burberry's Chinese New Year (CNY) collection for 2021 below.

The British luxury brand unveils a new and colorful version of the Thomas Burberry Monogram Motif for their CNY 2021 collection, which features Burberry's logo with ox horns, to celebrate the year's animal zodiac sign.

One of the standout pieces in the collection is the limited-edition check baseball cap reworked by brand director Riccardo Tisci. It literally has ox horns in it.

For those who shy away from statement pieces and would love to rock something with a more toned-down design Burberry's Monogram Motif Cotton Twill Ox Baseball Cap is perfect for you.

They also have a hornless version of the Monogram Motif Check Nylon Baseball Cap, if you fancy that design sans the horns.

Some of the other apparels included in Burberry's CNY 2021 collection are the Check Technical Merino Wool Jacquard Cardigan, Monogram Motif Check Oversized Polo Shirt, Monogram Motif Check Cotton Poplin Shirt, the unisex Montage Print Cotton T-shirt, Sweatshirt, and Hoodie.

Two of the featured bags in the collection are the Mini Two-tone Leather and Check Pocket Bag and the Monogram Motif Check Nylon Sonny Bum Bag. Small Tri-tone Leather Olympia Shoulder Bag.

They also have gorgeous accessories in the collection, including the Monogram Motif Cat-eye Frame Sunglasses and the Monogram Motif Striped Wool Jacquard Scarf.

To launch their 2021 CNY capsule collection, Burberry produced a short film titled 'A New Awakening.'

It was directed by Derek Tsang, starring Chinese actors and Burberry brand ambassadors Zhou Dongyu and Song Weilong.

The film is said to be about discovery and renewal, perfectly symbolized by the spring season.

The trailer shows actress Zhou Dongyu wearing some of the pieces from the Burberry 2021 CNY collection.

The full-length film is available exclusively on Tencent.

Some of the other luxury brands that recently launched their own Chinese New Year capsule collection are Gucci and Fendi.

Gucci featured the well-loved Japanese character Doraemon in their 2021 CNY collection, while Fendi incorporated popular design elements from Chinese culture and used red, pink, white, and black as the dominant colors in their collection.
