Paglapag sa Estados Unidos, unang binisita ni Kapuso star Carla Abellana ang mga Filipino-American students sa Sweetwater High School sa San Diego, California.

 

First thing on @carlaangeline’s itinerary today: Engage with the Fil-Am students at Sweetwater High School - the only high school in National City and one of the high schools in San Diego that offers Filipino language class. ???????? The Kapuso star enjoyed bonding and exchanging stories with the Fil-Am millennials, as she generously gave personal pieces of advice, too. ???????????? May Filipino organization na ang tawag ay Mabuhay Club ang naturang high school na nagtuturo ng wikang Filipino.

“It was an honor meeting Filipino high school students who are proud to be Filipino. I hope more of the Filipino youth in America are just as proud of their culture and heritage,” ani ng aktres sa social media na pinasalamatan ang mga estudyante, pati na rin si Vice Mayor Albert Mendivil.

 

Visited the only High School in National City, San Diego- Sweetwater High School. And they have a Filipino club called Mabuhay Club! It was an honor meeting Filipino high school students who are proud to be Filipino, and i hope more of the Filipino youth in America are just as proud of their culture and heritage. It was a pleasure meeting Vice Mayor Albert Mendivil too. He made time for us, which we greatly appreciate. Maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat at Mabuhay! ?? Instead of @carlaangeline paying a visit at the city hall for a courtesy call, National City Vice Mayor Albert Mendivil actually went out of his way to meet the Kapuso star personally before engaging with the Fil-Am youth. ???????????????? #BuongPusongKapusoAbroad
