Former beauty queen and TV reporter Ginger Conejero tied the knot with American boyfriend Bruno Saab in San Francisco, California yesterday August 6 (US time).

In one photo, it is said that Ginger's wedding gown was designed by world-renowned fashion designer Vera Wang.
Ginger announced her engagement to Bruno last July 15 via Instagram.
She had a relationship with PBA player Alex Cabagnot.
