This is how Jackie Lou Blanco described the intimate gathering of former GMA Supershow female hosts.
On her Instagram post last night, February 3, the Inagaw na Bituin actress shared photos from their reunion.
“A lovely afternoon spent with long-time friends... An afternoon that brought back so many wonderful memories... Such a Joy,” Jackielou wrote on the caption.
According to her post, the small gathering was organized by fellow actress Dawn Zulueta. It was attended by Arlene Muhlach, Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan, Mariz Ricketts, Pops Fernandez, Rachel Anne Wolfe, and Lani Mercado-Revilla.
In a separate post, Maricel posted a boomerang video with her GMA Supershow co-hosts.
She said on the caption, “Super thankful to have been in the company of very special, wonderful ladies in the industry to share life, love, and laughter.
“I can picture Kuya Germs smiling ear to ear looking down from heaven. [star emoji].”
Meanwhile, Mariz takes pride of the relationship she and her fellow co-hosts have built throughout the years.
She said, “Friendships that stand the test of time ... how sweet it is to reminisce old times with everyone. It is so true that the greatest gift of life is friendship- and I have received it.”
Arlene, on the other hand, wished they could have this kind of gathering more often.
“This was soooooo much fun!!! After 30 years!!! Nice to see you “ghels” [heart emoji] we have to do this more often! [wink emoji],” she wrote.
