In "Dangdut Academy," Hannah will be up against 29 other singers from Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Timor Leste, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Dangdut is a genre of Indonesian folk popular music that has elements of Hindustani, Arabic, and Malay folk music.

Hannah, together with her fellow Filipino singers Joshua Manio, Renz Fernando, Sheemee Buenaobra, and Shello de Castro, are now doing workshops and vocal training in dangdut to prepare for the show's premiere on October 21.
