Aside from Heart, Anne Curtis and her cat Mogwai and Coleen Garcia and her cat Anya also appear on alternate versions of the cover.

They say no one can love you more unconditionally than a pet. Their attention and steadfast loyalty to their owners provide for an undescribable kind of companionship, only barely half-captured through the multitude of tear-jerking films released over the years. While our pets can love us for a lifetime, sadly they're not always granted the same energy back. We occasionally hear of stray cats slaughtered in the streets, lost dogs man-handled, captured, and kept for sport, or animals inhumanely brought up and breeded for money.
