Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista is kicking off the holiday season with volunteer work for relief operations in Sorsogon Province.

Heart is seen frequently traveling to the Bicol Region province with husband Sorsogon Governor Francis “Chiz” Escudero.

Recently, she went to Sorsogon to give assistance to those who were affected by Typhoon Tisoy.
