At the young age of 23, Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista was already starting to grow up and make her mark on television.

That's why for a shoot at a local men's magazine, her mom Cecilia Ongpauco decided to leave her knowing she's already a young lady who can handle herself.

But little did her mom know that when the cat's away, the mouse will definitely play!

In a throwback photo posted by Heart herself, the Kapuso actress gave a little backstory of an accidental yet editorial shot of her in thigh-high boots.

“What happens when a certain young lady is left at a photoshoot by her mom…” she says.

“A little back story, this was taken when I was 23 in a shoot I did for Rogue with @solenn.

“My mom left me for a bit and Solenn [Heussaff] and I decided to have some fun and experiment.

“Hours go by and my mom returns on set only to see what we have done and totally flipped!”

Fans of Heart were quick to note that the Kapuso actress looked ageless as they compare her past and present-day photos.

Earlier this week, the fashionista welcomed her birthday month by posting a throwback photo of her younger self. As her name suggests, Heart was born on February 14.
