Heart Evangelista's recent trip to Pangasinan is indeed one for the books.
Besides meeting her kababayans there, the Kapuso star was able to try and debone a milkfish in the Bangus capital of the country, Dagupan City.
In her Instagram reels she uploaded on Friday, April 22, she admittedly shared she failed in her first attempt. However, the Queen of Creative Collaborations evidently enjoyed the experience.
"I learned for the very first time magtanggal ng tinik-lintik of the bangus. It was such an experience and I did it but I failed," Heart said.
After her visit to Pangasinan, Heart had a tour in Bacoor, Cavite where she was also taught to debone a bangus.
Whatever Heart does, no doubt, she can make it so 'sosyal' even in her food.
She loves fashion so much that she lives, breathes, and - eats - even one of her favorite couture brands, French fashion house Chanel.
Heart's food presentations are downright fancy but, mind you, she is doing this not to show off but to have fun!
