Celebrity mom Saab Magalona shared to her Twitter followers a very weird comment of a netizen about her baby boy Pancho Gerardo.

Saab’s miracle baby who was born premature successfully recovered and was released from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the St. Luke's Medical Center in BGC, Taguig last April 4.
The new mom was carrying twins, but unfortunately lost her baby girl they named Luna Isabel last February 8.
Based on Saab’s Twitter post, she felt that the netizen meant no harm about her comment, but she was just a little bit sensitive since she knows that her son Pancho is a preemie.
