Iya Villania with sons Primo and Leon

Iya Villania is one inspiring mama as she shows what a woman's body goes through during pregnancy and postpartum.

Kapuso TV host and actress Iya Villania showed what a mother's body goes through during and after pregnancy.

Iya posted her before and after childbirth photos for her recent pregnancy with daughter Alana.

She wrote on Instagram, "Top: Taken right after delivery (tummy is red coz it felt soooo good to scratch) Bottom: Taken a week after delivery with the daily use of a binder."

Aside from doing pre-natal workout, Iya has also been eating clean to ensure a healthy pregnancy and body.

Iya said in her caption, "Diet: A good mix of nutritious and food that makes me happy Thanks to those sending over all sorts of things from baked goods to ulam. Workout: Round the clock breastfeeding."

She also emphasized the importance of being patient with one's self during a fitness journey. "Crazy what a mother's body goes thru!

"Being so much kinder and patient with my body this time. My body isn't where I want it to be but I'm okay with that.

"It will take time and I'm in no rush . Work starts this week but waiting it out another week before I really get moving and ease back into my regular grind. Reminding myself that recovery is just as important and enjoying every minute of it, but I can't wait to sweat again!"

She also promised to keep everyone posted with her postpartum journey and childbirth recovery.

"Will fill you guys in with my journey including all the things that I feel have been helping me recover this time around #RecoveryAfter3"
