In her Instagram post today, January 30, Kara posted a heartwarming message for the love of her life.

She posted, “Maligayang kaarawan, mahal ko! Salamat sa Panginoon sa biyaya ng buhay at wagas na pag-ibig. Nandito lang ako, lagi mong kakampi at kasama magpakailanman  PS: we’ll eat the cake when you feel better.”

According to Kara, LM underwent an appendectomy procedure. Based on healthline.com, it’s a common emergency surgery that’s performed to treat appendicitis, an inflammatory condition of the appendix.

Several netizens also greeted LM on his special day and wished him a fast recovery as well.
