
Kylie Padilla shared a throwback photo taken when she weighed 180 lbs, her heaviest since she gave birth to baby Alas.
Kylie narrated, “Yes one hundred and eighty pounds after giving birth due to breastfeeding and ang sarap lang talaga kumain after manganak. Actually masarap lang talaga kumain. Period.”
She then shared how she was able to shed the excess weight.
She said, “7 months later I've lost 55 pounds. 3 pounds more and I will be back to my normal weight. Many people ask what I did to lose the weight and the answer is really just a healthy diet and exercise.”
In another Instagram post, Kylie also emphasized on having a positive disposition about her post-pregnancy body.
“And after 7 months of hard work, and still a long way from my goal, I learned that, self discipline, patience, goal setting, and pushing to the limit keep me elevating to all the benefits of a healthy lifestyle that rewards me with a body I can be proud of. Stretch marks and all,” she said.
