Congratulations, Lexi!
Former Tween Hearts star Lexi Fernandez has finally graduated college and her mom Maritoni Fernandez couldn't be more proud!
Lexi, who now uses her real name Lexi Alvarez, marched the stage as a graduate of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P).
She has finished her degree in Bachelor Science in Child Development and Education.

Her mom Maritoni chronicled her graduation day online.
Maritoni wrote, “You did it my #angellove @leximalvarez1 I couldn't be more proud.
“All the sleepless, stressful days and nights the past few years have all been worth it. Today, you are a graduate.
“Enjoy it and then be off to your masters. Go get them honey!
“Whatever you dream and wish to achieve, I am and will always be behind you all the way.
“I am your biggest cheerleader and your greatest fan. I love you so much. Woohoo!”
Lexi was well accompanied by her family at her graduation rites.
Her college sweetheart Paolo Garciano, who was also celebrating his birthday, didn't miss out on this big event, too.
Lexi also posted a sweet dedication for her mom.
She said, “Every milestone is made greater because I get to share it with you.”
