Happy first showbiz anniversary, Maine!

It has been a year since Maine Mendoza’s first appearance as Yaya Dub. July 4, 2015 marks the debut of the kalye-serye star whom we all learned to love. 
 
“… and they did; they did call me back. And then the rest is history. I became the person I wanted to be, and steering to be a better one,” Maine began reminiscing about the fateful day that brought more opportunities for her.

“I have conquered a lot of my fears, confronted different challenges and achieved far beyond my expectations; and it wouldn’t happen if not because of Eat Bulaga,” she also claimed.

Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat. Nagmamahal, "batang walang kalatuy-latoy"

Maine considers her introduction via the longest noontime variety show as her rebirth into the life she has always hoped for.
 
She said, “Tila bang ako’y isang sanggol na bagong panganak, dito nagsimula at nabago ang lahat. And for that, I am beyond grateful. Maraming salamat sa Panginooon. Maraming salamat sa Eat Bulaga. Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat.”
 
The Yaya Dub star concluded her post, closing with, “Nagmamahal, batang walang kalatuy-latoy.”
