Duterte announced Deliu's appointment as his new close-in aide at the 2017 Philippine Quality Award and conferment ceremony at Malacañang yesterday, October 25.
The Filipina-Romanian police officer was a contestant in Miss Earth Philippines competition in 2015, where she finished 15th place. She was then already a member of Philippine National Police.
The former beauty queen from Baguio once became viral as “beauty queen cop” after she joined the elite Presidential Security Group of Pres. Duterte.
