It's all about discipline for this Miss World beauty.   

Megan Young, with her rigorous training routines, is obviously ready for summer. She, however, has no plans of slowing down as she works towards going back to her 23-inch waistline.

According to her, one way to maintain one’s physique is discipline. Hers involves waking up at 5:30 a.m. every day.

 

I'm trying to make new good habits: 1) wake up at 5:30am everyday 2) workout at 7am A lot of people ask me what keeps me fit and pilates is one of them. I do pilates at least 3 times a week, in between my other workouts. Mikael joined me for my 7am class today! Happy Sunday everyone ?? sending good vibes to all of you ???? #trainlikemegan
