A year after Kapuso actor Mike Tan proposed to his non-showbiz wife, the Hindi Ko Kayang Iwan Ka star reminisced about that important day in Batanes.

Whenever I see rainbows, I am reminded not only of God's ability to create indescribable beauty but also of the faithfulness and grace He showed Noah and the rest of mankind in Genesis 9. Last July 8, 2017, after receiving approval from her parents, I asked my now wife to marry me. After she said yes, our friends noticed that there was a rainbow in the background so they immediately took a photo of that moment. I've always known that she was God's best choice for me but having that seal of approval in the sky was more than enough validation from God. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "When rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between me and all living beings on earth. He then recounted what happened after she said yes.
