Nadine, who was diagnosed with Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APAS) and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), has been very vocal about her condition to give hope to those who are also experiencing these diseases.

APAS and PCOS can cause pregnancy complications like miscarriage and stillbirth or premature birth.

To be able to pass the hurdle, she had to take 30-53 tablets a day and multiple injections.

On her Instagram photos yesterday, May 23, the StarStruck alumna showed Heather Sloane and newborn Austin Titus surrounded by syringes arranged in a heart shape.

The syringes denote the number of injections she underwent during her delicate pregnancies.

If you compare the two photos, it appears that Nadine received more injections during her pregnancy with her firstborn since she was injected Heparin then to reduce the coagulation of blood.

The 31-year-old actress wrote, "If you are gonna ask me, I will do it all over again.

"These are the injections that I had when I'm pregnant with both of them.

Then, she added, "I kept everything from my first born to my 2nd and after this pictorial, I'm gonna frame it para paglaki nila [at] makita nila at itutusok ko sa kanila 'pag makulit na sila hahaha just joking."

Moreover, Nadine expressed how grateful she is to have been blessed by two beautiful children amid her struggles.

"But every needle is worth it para mabuhay sila.

"Look at God's blessings to us, I will forever be grateful."

She also wrote, "Ang sarap dahil natapos din ako haaaaay.

"There is always a rainbow after the rain and, yes, they are our rainbow babies."

Meanwhile, Nadine's husband, Richard Chua, praised her for overcoming all the pain she had been through.

"Kudos to my wife @nadinesamonte for bearing all the pain.

"I know you suffered a lot during those times and also for keeping each and everyone of them including the meds.

"God is truly good!

"Despite the rough journey he gave us, we still managed to cross every single obstacle that life threw at us during those times..."

He concluded, "I have these two cute little munchkins to thank the Lord the life he chose to give me and I will never complain from now on."
