Despite the heavy rains, Rocco Nacino can't help but feel blessed this Thursday, August 8, as he renews his management contract with GMA Artist Center.

During a talk with the press, Rocco shared his experience in his nine years of being a Kapuso.

"Roller coaster din, pero mas maraming magagandang pangyayari throughout my nine years.

"I'm very grateful through StarStruck na na-recognize ako ng mga Kapuso natin pati ang Kapuso Network,” said Rocco.

In the middle of the interview, tears started to well up in Rocco's eyes.

The actor admitted that he gets emotional whenever he remembers his artista journey.

"Nagiging emotional tuloy ako. Naaalala ko lahat ng naging projects, mga ups and downs, mga projects na nawala, projects na nagawa ko.

"Nothing else to say [but] thank you," he said.

Rocco will now star in the Filipino adaptation of the K-drama series Descendants of the Sun with Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes.

According to Rocco, this role is a dream come true for him, one which he has wanted for a really long time.

Now that he is trusted with this role, Rocco plans to show his best and just what he is capable of.
