Rochelle Pangilinan reminds other pregnant women to ask the doctor before doing a workout.

Rochelle Pangilinan believes in the benefits of exercising during pregnancy.

On her first trimester, the Onanay star relates that she still does her regular walking workout.

According to momjunction.com, walking is safe and a great exercise for pregnant women. It can reduce the chances of developing morning sickness, fatigue, cramps, constipation, varicose veins and insomnia.

In an Instagram post yesterday, September 9, Rochelle showed a photo of her walking her pet dog.

On the caption, she advised pregnant women to consult their doctors first before taking any workouts.

Rochelle announced via Instagram last August 27 that she's expecting her first child with husband, Arthur Solinap.
