Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto proved to everyone that he is the son of comedian Vic Sotto and he surely got his father's sense of humor.
As a way to thank everyone who greeted him on his 33rd birthday yesterday, June 17, Vico uploaded an adorable throwback picture on Instagram.
He wrote in the caption, "Maraming salamat sa inyo 10/10 kayong lahat."
